1. Service Description

Our all-in-one bundled service simplifies your move-out process, restoring your property to pristine condition while adhering to regulations.

 

The bundle includes:

  • Bond Cleaning:

    • Deep Oven Cleaning: We thoroughly scrub oven interiors, trays, and racks to remove grease and grime.

    • Bathroom Scrubs: We intensively clean showers, tiles, grout, toilets, sinks, and mirrors for a spotless finish.

    • Blinds Cleaning: We dust and wipe venetian, vertical, or roller blinds.

    • Skirtings: We clean baseboards to remove dust, marks, and scuffs.

    • Patios/Garage Floors: We use high-pressure cleaning or scrubbing for outdoor patios and garage floors to ensure a pristine appearance.

    • We provide only cosmetic touch-up painting, covering minor scuffs, marks, or small wall imperfections, as per QBCC guidelines.

3. Booking Process

    • We offer bookings Monday through Sunday, with weekend availability (Saturdays 3pm–7pm, Sundays 7am–5pm) bookable only through our website.

    • We recommend booking at least 7 days in advance to secure your preferred slot, especially for weekends.

  • Pre-Service Requirements:

    • Ensure the property is vacated and free of personal belongings before we arrive.

    • Provide access to water, electricity, and parking so we can perform services efficiently.

4. Payment Terms

  • Pricing:

    • We price the all-in-one bundled service based on your property’s size, condition, and specific needs.

    • Select and pay for the service closest to your property size on our website. If you select a smaller size than required, we’ll bill you additionally with evidence to support the adjustment.

  • Cancellations:

    • If you cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled service, we’ll refund your payment in full, minus a $50 administration fee.

    • Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit a 20% deduction.

  • Rescheduling:

    • Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours in advance incur no fee and are subject to our availability.
