The Premium Exit Package ranges from $625 (1-bed) to $1,175 (5-bed) and includes everything: full bond clean, cosmetic cleaning, pest control, key return, and detailed photo documentation.

We do require all furniture and personal items to be removed prior to service, and any major damage must be disclosed in advance. If a selected package is undersized for the property, our team will provide clear photographic evidence and a revised quote before proceeding—ensuring absolute transparency and no end-of-job surprises.

Our Luxury Exit Package bond cleans are comprehensive and meticulous, typically requiring a full weekend to meet our RTA-compliant standards of perfection — Saturday (7am–7pm) and Sunday (7am–7pm). These premium cleans demand dedicated time and focus, which is why we reserve them exclusively for weekends.
During the week (Monday to Friday), our team services commercial office spaces and end-of-build construction cleans under fixed contracts, along with select smaller residential cleans.
