Our fixed pricing structure removes the guesswork and haggling that often accompany move-out cleaning. Every service is bundled to deliver a turnkey, inspection-ready finish, supported by our 48-hour reclean guarantee.

Our package includes:

Bond Cleaning (Full RTA Standard):

1. Deep Oven Cleaning: Interior scrub, fan and rack degreasing.

2. Bathrooms: Intensive sanitisation of tiles, grout, mirrors, basins, and fittings.

3. Blinds: Full clean of venetian, vertical, and roller blinds.

4. Skirtings & Edges: Dust and mark removal throughout.

5. Patios & Garages: High-pressure or manual deep cleaning.

3. Booking Process

Booking your Move Out Makeover is easy and personal.

1. Submit your details: Complete our online form with your preferred date and property information.

2. Receive confirmation: We’ll confirm your booking with a tailored quotation.

3. Secure your date: Payment in full is due 3 days before your cleaning to guarantee your slot.

Pre-Service Requirements:

• Ensure the property is vacated and clear of personal items.

• Provide access to electricity, water, and parking.

• Share your landlord or agent’s key return details.

4. Payment and Cancellation Terms

• Fixed Rates: Choose the package suited to your property size. Adjustments (with photo evidence) apply if the property differs significantly.

• Cancellations:

  • Full refund (minus $50 admin fee) if cancelled 48+ hours before service.

  • 20% deduction if cancelled within 48 hours.

• Rescheduling: Free with 48+ hours’ notice, subject to availability.

• Urgent Bookings: Requests within 48 hours incur a 10% surcharge.

5. Service Standards and Guarantees

Our service combines professionalism with care. We use eco-friendly products, commercial-grade equipment, and RTA-standard processes to ensure your property is spotless and compliant.

Bond Back Guarantee:
If your agent raises minor cleaning concerns within 7 days, we’ll return for a free reclean within 48 hours.

Every booking includes before-and-after video documentation for proof of quality and support during your final inspection.

Limitations:

• Painting covers minor marks/scuffs only.

• Joinery repairs are non-structural.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery, please:

• Provide keys or access codes at the arranged time.

• Remove all belongings/furniture unless pre-approved.

• Disclose pre-existing stains or damage during booking.

• Supply agent contact details for key handover and inspection.

7. Safety and Liability

Our team works safely, efficiently, and respectfully.
