    ➡️ Discounts (10–15%) available for recurring contracts (daily/weekly).

🩺 Pricing Structure

Per Area Rate (Flexible Option)

  • Examination Rooms: $90–$130 each

  • Waiting/Reception Area: $120–$180

  • Treatment/Procedure Rooms: $150–$250

  • Bathrooms: $70–$110 each

  • Staff/Kitchen Areas: $80–$120

 

Minimum Job Rate

  • $180–$250 per visit
    Ensures full coverage for small practices (50–100m²) or quick after-hours cleans.

 

Additional Services

  • Carpet Cleaning: $1.50–$2.50/m²

  • Window Cleaning: $12–$25 per window

 

Sample Quote – Medium-Sized Medical Practice (300 m²)

  • 3 Exam Rooms = $330

  • 1 Procedure Room = $200

  • 1 Waiting Area = $150
