    ✔️ Includes high-touch disinfection & eco-friendly products
    (Example: 1,000m² school = $3,500–$5,500 per clean)
    ➡️ Discounts (10–20%) available for daily/weekly contracts.

🎓 Pricing Structure

Per Area Rate (Flexible Option)

  • Classrooms: $100–$150 each

  • Bathrooms: $80–$120 each

  • Cafeteria/Dining Halls: $150–$250

  • Hallways/Common Areas: $1.50–$2.50/m²

  • Offices/Staff Rooms: $80–$130 each

  • Playgrounds/Outdoor Areas: $100–$200

 

Minimum Job Rate

  • $200–$300 per visit
    Ensures full coverage for smaller schools or quick after-hours cleans.

 

Additional Services

  • Carpet Cleaning: $1–$2/m²

  • Window Cleaning: $10–$20 per window

  • Deep Cleaning (term breaks/holidays): $5–$7/m²

  • Playground Sanitisation: $50–$100 per session

  • Classrooms: 10 × $125 = $1,250

  • Bathrooms: 4 × $100 = $400

  • Cafeteria: 1 × $200 = $200
