We’re Erika and Tam, two friends (and fellow renters, most of the time... hmm accept on Bathurst Race Day) based in South Brisbane and Logan. We started this journey with one simple mission: to make moving easier, lighter, and less overwhelming for everyday people like us.

We've been through the stress of end-of-lease chaos. That's why we created a service built on trust, care, and simplicity. From detailed bond cleans and wall touch-ups to joinery repairs, key returns, and before-and-after video confirmation—we handle the hard stuff so you can just move.

Our motto is simple: "You just move."

Our Story - Erika

I’m Erika Armstrong—a long-time business owner (10+ years) who, like many creatives, took a hit during the COVID lockdowns in NSW. After riding out the economic ripple effects and spending a good stretch in contract work, I’m now stepping back into business founder mode with a renewed focus and a whole lot of lived experience.

It hasn’t been easy. I had to put my art on the back burner just to get by—but it never left me. Creating has always been at the core of who I am, and no matter what life throws at me, I find my way back to it.

Anyone who's run their own business knows how tough it is to go from calling the shots to just “doing the job.” I’ve missed that autonomy—the ability to go the extra mile, deliver real service with care, and build relationships with clients who value the little things.

My background blends automotive refinishing, airbrushed art, and tattoo design—so yes, I’m your tradie lady too. From fixing up wall dents and skirtings to refreshing tired metal frames, I love being hands-on and bringing things back to life.

This new venture is about combining all that—my skills, my service ethic, and my creative side—into something that feels right. A business that makes room for real connection, quality work, and a better life balance.

Our Story - Tam

Tam (Tamara) is a devoted mum of three, and someone who brings incredible heart and quiet strength to everything she does. Her ability to find meaning in the small, everyday moments has helped me navigate some of my own tougher times with a little more ease and grace.

I met Tam when I first moved to Queensland, and we’ve been close friends ever since. Like many mums, she faces her share of daily challenges—many of which I relate to deeply. We’ve both felt the weight of working hard yet still struggling to build the life we dream of. For Tam, supporting me with this gig is more than just income—it’s about building a future for her kids and showing them that their mum is giving it her all.

Tam comes from a family with deep experience in bond cleaning, and as renters ourselves, we’ve each handled our own end-of-lease cleans more times than we can count. It made perfect sense for us to team up and create a service that reflects what we once needed ourselves—practical, reliable support for people on the move.

"Especially when it comes to returning the keys—after a weekend move, Mondays usually mean I'm straight back to work, so the last thing I need is another disrupted day or time off just to drop them off."
